If this line makes it to the broadcast of SmackDown this Thursday, then it was a scripted line from the WWE team. If it doesn’t, then it is obvious that Nikki went off-script which she had already done in the past.
Dave Meltzer of ‘The Wrestling Observer Newsletter’ adds that there was some heat regarding AJ’s absence from the company for a long time and mentioned it will be interesting to see if this line broadcasts in the show.
